New Endeavors

It's been a little while since I last wrote. Since then, I've come to some conclusions. An odd thing about me is that I really like school with all of the learning involved. Because of this, people could call me a lifer in the going-to-school-forever sense. I was thinking about either getting my Doctorate in special education or a Master's degree in health and nutrition. Both of these I'm sure would be very informative and possibly profitable. I had narrowed it down to Health and Nutrition because the cost was so much less. But then, I had a new idea! Yes, I know I like too many things at once. It's my downfall because I've become a master at none of them. The thing is, I love to cook and write new recipes. With being a new mom in the near future, the thought of a schedule of school work sounded a bit harsh. So, I have decided I am going to write a cookbook. It will cost me close to $4,000 for the investment, but I plan on taking around 4-5 years to write it and raise this money. Hopefully by then, it will be perfected and perhaps will sell the 5,000 copies necessary to get my investment given back to me. So that is my "New Endeavor" I am setting out to do.
